Mark Brenner has served as a senior leader at public and private companies with a focus on education and student lending.  As President of College Loan Corporation, the sixth largest student loan provider in the United States, Mark led all capital markets activities raising over $16 billion in student loan asset backed securities.  

Prior to CLC, Mark worked as an investment banker facilitating billions of dollars of short and long-term financing for several student loan finance companies. He has been a senior executive at two publicly traded for-profit education institutions and led all government relations activities.  Mark holds a Juris Doctorate from Albany Law School and is a member of the U.S. and New York State Bar Association.

Extensive experience in building multiple businesses as a founder, owner and business partner providing strategic direction. Responsible for day-to-day management leveraging market opportunities facilitating corporate expansion, with her last business sold 2007.

Tom Rector, VP of Sales & Acquisitions has over 23 years of financial product experience working specifically in the student financial aid industry including schools, lenders, families and secondary markets. He has worked directly with financial aid professionals across the country while serving in state, regional, and national associations as a thought leader. During his tenure at Sallie Mae, Tom was elected to the Board of Directors, and led industry committees for numerous associations. As a Director and Vice President of Sales at Sallie Mae for nearly 19 years, Tom managed a student loan portfolio of over $1 billion. Tom holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Northcentral University.

Brian Osher has over 20 years’ experience working in all aspects of the higher education industry, including schools, servicers, and lenders. Brian most recently was VP of Finance for Yrefy, LLC.  His responsibilities included management of loan portfolio, compliance/audits, accounting and finance.  Brian also worked for The University of Phoenix as Director of Operations in which he was responsible for all financial aid student funding. As Chief Operating Officer for The Student Loan Processors, Inc. (TSLP), Brian was responsible for all day-to-day operations, client relations, as well as  responsible for all funding transactions as well as reporting and reconciliation.  Prior to working for TSLP, Assistant Vice President of Operations for Southwest Student Services Corporation responsible for ensuring all acquisitions and loan volume were added to lender/servicer systems.
